"I do not fear death. I had been dead for billions and billions of years before I was born, and had not suffered the slightest inconvenience from it." - Mark Twain
An open mind is willing to consider new ideas, while provisionally accepting those backed by empirical evidence, and provisionally rejecting those without.

BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, I lol'd way too hard at that :P
One does not simply transfer music from an iPhone.
It's a right bitch. I'm pretty sure you can do it the way p0is0n mentioned, but I also think you can do it through iTunes somehow. I can't remember how, and knowing iTunes, it won't be simple either. But I have a feeling there is a box you can tick somewhere that will stop iTunes wiping everything from it as soon as you try and re-sync it with another PC.
@bowiee: She can, but it will take a really long time.
@Cyberglitch: I'm beginning to think that.

For future reference, media monkey does this also, and has the option to rename files based on ID3 tags.
I was banned so I couldn't post this when the thread popped up, but +1 to the above suggestion, girlfriend used media monkey to rip all the music off her ipod and 90% of it came out named.
