Is this like the one near darling harbour a while ago where beers and fun are to be had as well? If so, is it possible to attend but not compete? I love these events, they are so much fun. Trying to remember who was there with me when I drank a 70-30 mix of LN2 and Beer.

It's not so much a comp, as it is a how-to night, There will be a slightly competitive side, but if you just want to watch, that's not a problem! We'll also have a mess of gaming PCs set up for some fragging :)
aka David Hollingworth, Managing Editor - Atomic, Hyper, PC & Tech Authority, PC PowerPlay "Hawkeyes pants were like the pants of a deity. Touching them I was in sudden communion with all of pantskind. The ancestral trouser crawling from the murk of time, the fierce battle pant scourging the infidel, the quiet meditation of the monks pants at dawn." - Hlass

unfortunately :( I've only got a half-sized fridge to store the kegs in. If I can upgrade from my unit to a house any time soon I'll be sure to step on up to a 6 tap system from my 3 tap.

you should be able to attend......do you at least look 18?
but, drinking isn't compulsory (or so I'm led to believe), so you should be okay

Getting youngsters drunk isn't the official Atomic way, but if you bring a semi-legible note from a parent/guardian, I will see what I can do. But, in seriousness, I don't think I can actually make this one, will most certainly be sleeping in preparation for work in the morning... Next time gadget!

If I were to attend there would be no intention of drinking. I mean alcohol just generally tastes shit.

Pure alcohol is actually tasteless, it's the stuff the big companies mix it with that tastes like shit ;) Regardless, youngsters can join in on the event, you just can't drink.

I won the Gigabyte GI Sniper M3, he he he just over 6.3G via LN2 beat the other guys by SFA, but a win is a win... would anyone be interested in purchasing the board, I require something with much more connectivity, otherwise I'd be keeping it. apparently the board hasn't been released yet!

yeh, Dino was trying to sabotage us - told him to kindly go elsewhere it was quite funny 'specially the last 10 seconds or so when we won we stayed with the bloke having problems initially, whereas everyone else jumped ship to Dino's rig, 'cause he'd had himself setup perfectly from the get go, and he was doing the majority of the talking just a matter of perseverance - stuck it out and won in the end would've liked more time - the chip was capable of more. a great night. beer, pizza, and some great new high end hardware to possibly destroy - who could ask for more?! :)
