Advice for an old gamer please.

I am an old time (Duke Nukem 3D onwards) and old gamer who has never owned a console and so has missed out on many modern titles. In a recent review on the Windows 10 upgrade the reviewer talked about the integration of X-Box and Windows 10.
Does this mean I can plug an X-Box One or 360 into my Windows 10 PC and play X-Box games with mouse and wheel or joystick?

I just prefer gaming from my office chair.  Thanks.

No.  It means you can plug an xbox one controller into your windows 10 PC and it'll work for games that let you use it.

And if you own an xbox one, you can streme games/video/content to your PC, at the cost of a little bit of latency and a loss of graphical detail (compression)

Thanks for the reply.  Not what I was hoping for.
