Ladies smart watches don't seem to really exist. Which is why I want a nice looking watch as well.

Apparently the smart watch market is a tad skewed. :p

Yup. It really down depend on the individual. I've seen a lot of women rock the cheap 'plastic' pebble watch, since its bright, colorful, and stands out.

I guess I'd call it a 'flare' accessory, I even know someone with 3 different colors to match their outfit. lol.

But yeah, if you're looking for a feminine "watch" looking watch? Not really out there eh....

Most of them do look a bit "chunky".

OMG! LOOOOOOOOOOKIT THE PRETTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANT!!!!!!!!!!

Hhhhummmm. Okay. I'm better now.

Yeah, that Huawei is incredibly tempting. Now to find somebody who stocks it. :P

But this is a problem. Maybe I'm now better waiting until android wear 2 hits and deciding from there. With that so close, it's tough to decide between the Samsung and the Huawei. And without knowing just what kind of awesome is wrapped up in wear2.0 it's a coin toss.

Problem with the Gear Fit is we are back to being hit with the UGLY stick.

I have the original Galaxy Gear S.

Can be tethered by Bluetooth or by sim card. Uses a Nano sim.

Note- You would have to WANT to wear it.

First week I had mine I was thrilled, a month later it was MEH.

Now I love wearing it.

A smart watch is not for everyone, but the Gear S is perfect for me.

Shame it is now an OLD watch.

My advice is test one for a week, borrow from a friend just to see how you go.

The Gear S2 was my first smartwatch, the round bezel really won me over.  I was able to buy it second hand (only a few months after release) for about $300.

It only offers Bluetooth and WiFi connectivity, however, that hasn't been too much of an issue for me.

The impending release of the Gear S3 Classic has me almost itching for an upgrade, however the version available in Australia will again, not have 4G, and the unit will run the same software as the S2 (with a few extra sensors) so I guess I might give it a miss.

The "Classic" watches use standard watch bands, whereas the one I have has crummy proprietary band latches.

If only the S3 had 4G, I would have it ordered already.

Bugger.

I liked the idea of a 4G smartwatch, but after using the Gear S2, I'm not that worried.

It's just a little wrist mounted second-screen, with a notification vibrator.

At least it's better for the battery life.

I have a blaze and the fitbit app works a treat for fitness. The watch lasts 3-5 days with no heart rate monitor on. It has just got an update with better watch faces.

however its not very feminine, although the black looks good on the female form.

The Garmin VIVO HR is the best for fitness fanatics.

The new whithings watch looks the best for low key fitness/fashion conscious.

The new swatch beats is a funky option.

As for smart watches. The apple 2 is miles ahead with the waterproofing and new updates. Saying this and i have a blaze cause I cant resort to buying another IPhone.

The huwaei smartwatch is VERY heavy for a watch. Try one out in store. Not sure about the ladies version.

pump.
