The one I have is actually a back massager with 2 rotating wheel things with balls on the end. It feels pretty damn good on the balls of my feet. Why didn't I think of doing this earlier?

If you're on a cement floor, those vibro-disc things that are (apprently) good for weight loss are nice too.

Just dont try it on raised floors.........

Needs must ? ... Stretching your legs out and raising your feet off the floor ( whilst seated ) and rotating your feet works a treat too.

My wife has one of these things, seems to turn itself on at the weirdest times, perhaps I should give it a go though, my feet have been killing me of late :)
