Internet has been stuck at 2.5Mb/s all week, finally got the modem working properly again.
I still can't figure out what happened...

Ring them up and ask to upgrade to Ultimate Cable. You'd be on Elite at the moment.

You may need to change plans, if the one you're currently on doesn't exist any more.

There's a one-off fee for the new modem too, can't remember what it was off the top of my head...



Pretty sure the new modem is $149

1 door away from the exchange. 800m of cable between the exchange and my modem



it used to connect at 20Mbps but now it seems to ony connect at around 16Mbps. i'll have to look into that later
