Ok for the first get together for 2012 I will nominate Newfarm Park meet for lunch (12 noon) 04/02/2012 BYO or buy at the park, have a chat while we eat then maybe a stroll along the river or whatever. Meet up by the ferry ?

sounds like a good idea to me. The BBQ area near the ply area is nice but gets quite busy. The BBQ are near the park exit (last part of ring road) is much quieter and has plenty of seating.
