I'm roasting some seasoned chicken pieces, steaming some bok choi and can't be bothered working out a third component so I'll have a Schoff. My cooking does tend on the complex I suppose, but that is primarily because I have to cook for people of varying degrees of food fussiness.One who will not eat any meat but chicken, one with a preference for fish, and then there are the omnivores :) Yes Evlyn, I only came across the salt a little while back, f you haven't yet try their other varieties, every one is subtly different, only problem is they can be hard to find. Been doing sort of kinda three things. A friend is off to Bali today so did a nice roast chicken last night with hasselbacks and peas and a gravy to die for. (Kinda figured she might need some normal food before Bali :) ) Left quite a bit of meat on the bird, so stripped it, peeled some tomatoes, added leek, onion, garlic, celery and various herbs, bit of wine etc and created a sauce then added the chicken, it is disintegrating now ;) Meanwhile the remains are turning into stock :) Waste not want not :) Cheers -------------------- "Specialisation is for Insects" RAH
