Will have a delay now as one of the ports on the crossover rad is blocked by the back of the IO sheild plate blocks, so am waiting on a 45' fitting.
Already tore down the system though, *lesson* test fit before tear down. edit. This is as far as I got....

Probably should of just done a build log, but here is some photos of everything fitted, wont be leak testing till tomorrow though as I have some stuff to do and don't want to leave it unattended.
The 45' fitting is where I had the trouble, without it the compression fitting was sitting on the back of the mouse/keyboard plugs. Shame about the red ram clashing with the blue, but oh well. ![]()

Nice one stash, looks like a tidy little loop, don't think I would change anything at all :)
Good luck with filling it. Is that UV purple tube? Do you have any UV lights? Wouldn't mind a pic of it lit up when you're done. -------------------- i7 2600k | Z68A-GD80 | 8GB RAM | HD7970 | 120GB SSD | 1kW PSU | Butchered Case | Water Cooling | U2713H

Yep UV blue primoflex, no lights as of yet as the cooling ate my budget, but later I might add a blue and uv cathod.
no idea why now, but I bought red for my build and I don't have any red parts now.. Yeah the red primoflex looked good in your build looking back at your build log. Nasty how that old coolant gunked up on you. I'm only 3 hours in on the leak test, pump is a little noisy but hopefully it quiets down when I put the speed back to 3 after the leak test. A lot of micro bubbles so prolly another reason for the noise. -------------------- Intel 2500k | Asus P8P67 Pro | G.Skill Ripjaw x 1600 8GB | Inno3D GTX570 | CM 690 II Adv

If you think there are bubbles stuck, you can rock your case from side to side or front to back and when it hits the desk again it can help dislodge bubbles stuck in tight little spots. That or pick it up and shake it viciously, but that may just create more bubbles. Yeah i have done some rocking and power cycling and got the big bubbles out, not sure if there are any in the rad, no more big ones have come out, its just those tiny bubbles like a glass of lemonade that are annoying me, but im sure they will eventually go.

Well finished a 24hr leak test earlier today and spent a bunch of time rearranging everything inside to fit a 140mm fan in the bottom. It meant removing the lower hdd cage and finding somewhere for the ssd to live.
I need to do some proper photos but these will do for now. ![]() ![]() Not sure on the temps as I had nothing to compare to, but maybe someone on here can give me a idea of what I should be getting. Currently running 4500mhz @ 1.3v haven't tried lowering the volts yet. Temps at this point of time are: 34 32 32 28 Idle After running Prime for 10mins: 58 61 60 57 They seem pretty high to me but again I got no idea. A few things that are annoying though, is there is no indication on the Koolance block as to how much pressure to apply as there guide just states "Do not over-tighten".... The other thing is the rad fans aren't running at full speed as I have had to plug them into the cpu_fan header and a cha_fan header, and for some reason I can not make them go full speed from bios or Asus suite. Will have to grab a cheap fan controller for those I think. Edit. Just knocked it up to 4.6Ghz and took a screen dump, So are these temps normal for water or a little high? ![]() Sorry for all the pics This post has been edited by stash: Jun 30 2012, 01:54 PM -------------------- Intel 2500k | Asus P8P67 Pro | G.Skill Ripjaw x 1600 8GB | Inno3D GTX570 | CM 690 II Adv

Looking good so far dude.
Around 60C isn't too hot, mine usually sits around the same (under load like prime95). Under normal conditions, its lucky to ever get above 40-50. Looking good so far. With the GPU block, just tighten it until it feels tight to you, not necessarily until it will no longer turn. Hope that helps. -------------------- i7 2600k | Z68A-GD80 | 8GB RAM | HD7970 | 120GB SSD | 1kW PSU | Butchered Case | Water Cooling | U2713H

Great for the price dude, I'd say its not as silent as a pump and res on there own but it performs perfeectly. -------------------- Intel 2500k | Asus P8P67 Pro | G.Skill Ripjaw x 1600 8GB | Inno3D GTX570 | CM 690 II Adv
