*sigh* It could only happen to me. Great end to the week. :P
Another day at work, nothing dramatic, all going well. Got lift from work to train station, caught train to Murdoch, after almost falling asleep on train several times (it's only a 20 minute trip, but still.. :P), finally get to murdoch, and call a taxi instead of catch bus, as i have dragged "stuff" home with me, and want to drop into shops. So far so good. Taxi actually arrives reasonably quickly, instead of making me wait forever and have to keep calling asking where the damn thing is. Sweet. He pulls up, driving a van-type cab. Throw gear in side-door into the back, then open front passenger door to get in. BAM!! Fucking OUCH!! I still have no idea how i did it. Managed to open the door directly into my forehead, full-bore. Hurt. I figure i was slouching more than i thought as i was so tired. Either way, it hurt. Almost broke my sunnies as well. Dude asked i was ok, while starting to laugh. I just sighed at the ridiculousness of the whole situation, and shook my head. "i'll live. Bit sore tho". "Not surprised" he said, "you've torn your scone open as well, you're bleeding". "I am?". Raised hand to forehead, comes away red and moist. "Brilliant, great end to the week. Whatever". He ask si fhave a concussion, and I am unsure how to answer, head is hurting, i'm bleeding, and i just want to go home. Get him to drive to shops, where i get some essentials (break, roast chicken, coke, etc :P), and then home. Head aches, I seem to be swaying, and is a good chance i'm not going anywhere tonight. *shrug* Oh well, shit happens. :) I've had to stop while typing this several times to gather my thougts, is kinda hard to think. Taking nurofen and a couple drinks, and a showetr wheh i can be arsed getting up again. I think was meant to stay in tonite. :) This has been a public service announcement. Just staggered into the bathroom tocheck mirror. Ouch. Looks ugly. Only about an inch or so long, but nasty looking. And swelling too. Went to touch, but is swollen and sore. Unlike my ... never mind. :P
