Currently in Vietnam. Dead tired, quite hungry. Just got back from Halong bay which is awesome.
I've got more photos to throw up when I get time but heres two my sleep deprived mind thinks is okay: [image removed for shittyness] ![]() More verbage to follow once I return from Sapa and sleep for about three days straight. Peace. -X This post has been edited by Genisis X: Aug 10 2011, 08:43 PM -------------------- "We were being told that we must become what we are not, sacrificing what we are to inherit the masquerade of what we will be. That might work. -------------------- Stupidity is a condition, ignorance is a choice, don't make it...

No I reckon the right half of that fog pig is so colourless enough that you could work on saturating the greens in the islands, and it wouldn't affect the fog or water, because they are both grey and light enough.
Also thinking about the horizon issue on the first one, adding some spherical distortion to it, making the horizon on the left curve down to the left, would make for a very good picture. -------------------- Sometimes I think the surest sign that intelligent life exists elsewhere in the Universe is that none of it has tried to contact us...

Ha Long bay is absolutely amazing. Even with the shitloads of tourists and the plastic bags floating around in it it's still fucking amazing. Must see for anyone coming to Vietnam.

Keep up the great shots Gen. They're looking fantastic. 1st pic in the new set is just a tad too over processed. But that's just me :)

Spent pretty much all day uploading the full version of these suckers to [url=http://www.redbubble.com/people/genisisx]Redbubble[url]
These are from the villages around Sapa in north Vietnam, mainly Lao Chai and Ta Van. They have all of these little huts scattered over the place where evidently they lock up thier buffalos. ![]() ![]() ![]() Bit of a bleach bypass on this old girl: ![]() I went for the really old photo look for this one: ![]() ![]() Woke up at 5 due to jet lag so I took a walk. This kid ran past me when I was taking the left part of this photo and stopped in the perfect spot and waited for me to take a picture. The camera wasn't pointing right at him so I don't think he believed I took one of him ;) ![]() EDIT: What the fuck happened to the image scaling? Here's one I took today during a stroll around Hanoi. Check this dude out, he's got that whole chinese kung-fu master thing going for him. And a red bike. Red ones go faster. Peace.
