Excellent to hear mate.

My Goldings hops has just taken off. I've now done harvest of hops flowers and have dried quite a few now. Nearly enough for a batch of beer.

No guarantees that you'll get any flowers this year. Being further north, you have a reasonable chance you'll get some, but it's very late season now. Typically, March - April is the flowering period. However, if you encourage the bine you DO have to grow horizontally you have a chance of getting enough flowers for a batch or 2 of beers.

Oh yeah. The 6 pack.. Very nice.. It was a very mellow beer. A clean pale ale. Interestingly, it achieved a clean flavour without tasting bland.

So excellent marks for that mate..

I have to wait till we move some where that's not an apartment to start brewing again.

Some people just don't appreciate the smell the yeast give off through the air lock.
