So yeah filling up my inbox...

Yes there is, it's somewhere in account settings. From memory it is actually "leave a copy of the email on the server" and this option wants to be unticked.
The Outlook help should tell you where to find it. -------------------- She's going to be really smart, very savvy, haunting good looks, really good at her job. And kind of slutty.

according to:

May be a difference between IMAP and POP3? Which protocol are you using to get your emails?
