Fascinating, I've seen an advertisement for this somewhere before but I didn't click it. Now I'm glad I clicked your link.

People complain about a lack of tactile feedback on touch screens, imagine the complaints about this!
It could b cool, but only if the hardware and software is designed around the new interface. Chucking this on top of Windows or any other current OS is a recipe for meh. -------------------- PC: Intel i5 2500K @4.5GHz | 8GB Corsair Vengeance LP RAM | 2x MSI GTX560 Ti Hawk in SLI | MSI P67A-GD65 | 120GB Intel 520 SSD+3TB of HDDs | Silverstone Fortress FT-02 | Dell U2711 + Dell U2311H

Chucking this on top of Windows or any other current OS is a recipe for meh. OS X has a lot of nicely implemented gestures, I think this could work well. Besides, the video mentions some ability to make cool things happen with their application. -------------------- 2011 13" MacBook Air (10.8) - iMac (10.5.8) - iPhone 4S (iOS 6)

The biggest problem with these types of devices is that you'll have to hold your hands out in front. It will get tiring I'd imagine.
Other than that, the device looks really cool. Surprised they can get such accuracy out of it. I'd probably get one to see how they work. -------------------- [quote name='SquallStrife' date='Jun 25 2012, 09:52 AM' post='1006703']
