Alright kids... I've unprotected each of the states pages now, in addition to that however, i have added recaptcha verification whenever an external link is published to a page.
A small inconvenience, however it saves people from having to create user accounts to update pages. I'm hoping this will slow, if not stop totally, any of the spam we've been getting on the database. -------------------- afk
