Well, this w/e would have been skinny anyway, given the above - I don't feel quite so guilty at bugging out on this one now.

This weekend may be touch and go for me. I have my semi-monthly event night on Saturday, so depending on how late I'm out and if I have to entertain in the morning, I may be late or absent. Still, I will make best efforts to be there. I want to explore the giant room of loot.

"...And in breaking news this evening, the Deep Harbour local economy has been crashed by an unprecedented influx of gold, gems, art objects, and other valuables. Authorities lay the blame on this (points to picture) ragged group of untidy adventurers. The group could not be contacted for response at this time."

;P

Good thing you're all about to start building your own strongholds and trigger a construction boom to go with all that money.

And then, just as you're about finish - before you get a chance to feel satisfied - you'll go whisking off to parts never seen or heard. AND YOU WON'T GODDAMN COME BACK TO RESOLVE THAT #%^&^&@ SARCOPHAGUS! AGAIN!!
(followed by several minutes of ranting, raging, and other noises of DM frustration, dissolving into quite whimpering)

Step 1) Take mass loot and hire elemental specialists.
Step 2) Buy a bunch of holy water.
Step 3) Get elementalists to form water elementals out of holy water.
Step 4) Touch the pretty.
Step 5) Holy water monsters vs undead: Round One, taking all bets.

Hope you get better soon Taz.

I'm currently swamped with Assignments, I don't think I'll be able to make tomorrow. Apologies everyone.

Yeah I'm fine now. Just need to get my new meds (yay!) all sorted before coming back to Adelaide. Hopefully soon, le sigh, but they're being a PITA. Blood clots in the lungs weren't fun though, so I'm doing the right thing.

That's a funky word ye got there, Subby. Not sure that works.

And the answer to that is 'No'. Even if he was, if he missed the notification that it was being organised, he'd still be in the dark - I haven't bothered the full list again about it.

For anyone who doesn't ordinarily read the gaming forum, and had any interest in playing D&D or was following this one:
