zOMG OCCT v4.0 released!

The very handy GPU & CPU tester, OCCT, has been updated for the first time in a couple of years!

Haven't had time to properly look at it, the most obvious thing upon first installing and using it is the DirectX Downloader/Installer is built in to the setup so you don't have to go and get it separately, which is nice.

Will take a proper look over the next couple of days...

Looks like the main change is that it has better monitoring tools, and lets you choose the start/end idle periods for the stress tests.
