The new OSX drops Mac from the name of the OS as well as adding some features that are brilliant ideas. Gatekeeper, this is the setting you use for your non-nerdy girlfriend, grandparents, parents and annoying friends that on't know WTF they are doing, it allows you to limit what apps can be installed - such as limiting only to app store or trusted developers. Liking what's been announced. The Notification Centre is good, although I'm going to have to get a magic trackpad to swap out for this magic mouse I think! Definitely looks like it takes the ideas of Lion and refines them. At this point, between my MacBook, iMac and iTunes + Match, I'm going to have to get an iPhone :/

I wonder how the older computers are going to handle the new OS. I have a 09 MacBook and would love to upgrade, but with the older hardware, I would assume it would run much slower.
