$270 for 6950 now, or wait?

I keep hearing stuff about price dropping so it's made me a little uncertain whether I should splash $270 for say, a 6950 OC or wait say a month and even potentially get a 6970 say..?

Hmmm, apparently HD7850/70/90 are meant to be coming in the next 2-4 weeks. Definitely hold out of that to see if I can snag a cheaper HD6970 or one of the new ones - depending on their performance..

I'd say waiting for the 7870 is a good idea.

My son is running 2 Sapphire ATI HD6950 2GB cards and its more power than he can use. :) But I notice the 2 gig versions of the 6950's are getting scarce. :(

I personally, would just grab it. Its going to be more than powerful enough until your next upgrade, id imagine :)
