Was daydreaming at work today idly thinking about what I could do when I got home when it occured to me I would love to play KKND.
Problem being, god knows where my copy is, I don't have dosbox setup and the graphics are quite frankly. Horrible. Solution, get someone to remake it or get a proper sequel done. I know I have buckleys and none of it happening but it started me thinking about all the brilliant games of old I played that I would love to see a return of. My list looks like this. Interstate 76 Time Commando KKND Freelancer Liero! and I would love to pieces a full faithful remake of Deus Ex. I know there are others that I want but these are the ones that come straight to mind so my question to you is, what if any games would you choose and would you like to see a faithful sequel or a remake with a modern engine? -------------------- 08/11/2012 the day the music died.

Morrowind. Ecco the Dolphin. Deus Ex Oh, and RE 1 & 2. Also Silent Hill 2, not the 'HD' one that's out now, a complete ground up remake... All remakes, not sequels. Age of Empires 1 and 2
Age of Mythology Warcraft III Spore (So it is like the original idea and not all cutesy and different evolutions results in different strengths and weaknesses of your creation among other things. So you could make it blind but it sees with sonic noise bouncing like bats, and lots of other things the original Spore was supposed to be =( ) The Halo series for PC... Command & Conquer Generals Probably more but those are it for now... Planescape: Torment. But only if they preserve the storyline, and only redo the graphics engine.

As others have called out some cool ones already like:
Loved Interstate 76. Cant beat the arfros and the 70's theme. For those who don't remember. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3JCGZFQZkdc WarCraft 3 not that WoW stuff an actually Warcraft game. I also would like to see a new Wing Commander Elite Dark Reign Cannon Fodder Dune 2 (the orignal Westwood RTS) Dune (the adventure and strategy game) Discworld Mech Warrior 2 Silkworm Bombjack The X-Wing and Tie Fighter space combat games The Legend of Kyrandia Flashback Another World Pretty much anything Aventure game wise that Lucas Arts made stuff like the Indian Jones games, Full Throtlle and the Dig. Why Freelancer? It's not that old - you can still play it without mods or emulators.
Freespace, otoh, I can understand.
