I got an ASus k52f laptop. My bios was at 212 and on ASus site it had 214 bios. I downloaded it reset laptop
Hit f4 went into easy bios screen, loaded the 214 all looked ok, went to 100 % reset my laptop and dead, nothing
Not even a Single light. I took out battery, ram Hdd, I even opened it up and took out the lithium batter and put it
Back in, still nothing. Anyone have any ideas?

I think the BIOS is corrupt now. A similar thing occurred to my Asus N53SV, when I attempted to update the BIOS. It screwed up half way through, and the laptop was never able to power back on after that. It had to be sent off for repairs, which it was already about to be any way...

Is yours still under warranty?

It's out of warranty I still feel ASus should repair it for free, I did nothing to abuse it and their software screwed it up
