Open & Close 2 programs at once?

Just wondering if this is possible to do with some sort of shortcut?

I essentially am constantly opening/closing Outlook, but I also use Google Calendar Sync. I'd leave calendar sync on, except it comes up with this annoying pop up whenever Outlook isn't open and it tries to sync. So, I was just wondering if there's a way I can click one buttons to close down both Outlook and Calendar Sync, and then when I open Outlook, for it to automatically load Calendar Sync as well?

Should be easily doable via a bat file.

Not 100% sure what you would need to add to the bat file though, I haven't had to make one for ages.
