    Board Games thread

Munchkin is a friendship ruiner. :) I have a few problems with the mechanics of it. SoC is brilliant, but it really needs the helper set to make it awesome. It gets rid of a few really annoying gameplay aspects. I have the Lord of the Rings Love Letter which is a great game. I carry it in my bag to play when I'm stuck with someone and bored. :) Have you played Sushi Go with them? It might be an excellent addition to your collection. It's very easy to learn, but has some really interesting strategy. It should work for their ages too. No I haven't.. I'll check it out..thx for heads up another I forgot to mention but play without the kids is Cards Against Humanity..

    Board Games thread

I get my daughters (15 and 12 year old) involved with board games. I believe there comes a time in this generation where we have to have some social activity rather than just on the phone, pc, or tablet. We get together with afew friends and have gaming session. My favorites are as follows Settlers of Catan, Settlers of Catan dice game, Zombies, Star Wars X-Wing, Ticket To Ride (original), Pandemic, Last Night On Earth and Munchkin. There are also some little 15 minute games that we play, Zombie dice, Love letter and Get Bit.
  4. not a keyboard but I use a bluetooth mouse. I am happy with it now. When I first started using the BT it used to drop off all the time then fail to resync....argh.I was always switching from BT mouse to wireless .....really really annoying. New BT drivers become available and once installed it has been smooth sailing every since.

a new lens for my camera and a cheap 3D printer from Aliexpress. It may be cheap but it's been an awesome learning experience and the ability to print it's own upgrade parts is a win. Upgrade parts such as heatbeds and extruders are readily available from online stores and national shops for a reasonable price.

If my memory serves me correct, it's a military version. Not much change out of $3500. believe it or not I work at our family PC repair shop. We've been doing component level repair for a gazillion years. We repair / attempt to repair everything, whatever walks in the door. From forklift/crane components, pinball machines, diesel mechanic test benches.........everything. yeah, I'd love a PACE soldering/desol station, but can't justify it as a hobby. That's why I haven't got 1 at home..

What Did You Watch Lately ?

Totally agree....didn't finish 1st season, seen 5 minutes of current episode and thought WTF..... Between (Netflix) is going along those lines. Bit early to tell if it'll make it past it's 1st season but it has already started to drift into bullshit land... One such show that was cancelled way to prematurely was ofcourse Firefly. Can't remember why that got canned or what show replaced it... What did I watch lately? I had a Friday marathon. My wife was away on the weekend, done all the house work and the kids were downstairs cleaning their rooms so I watched Friday, Next Friday and Friday After Next..

when the funds are available, get yourself a good iron or soldering station. Seriously makes that much of a difference. I've got a really good iron at home but it doesn't compare to the PACE soldering station I use at work.
