    unboxing video.

Hey, Not sure if this has been posted, but its f-ing hilarious! Pretty to the truth hahah. enjoy.. Cheo...
  2. Yeah I've seen it too. From what I can see it looks good. Having used a MX revolution and a G9 too I just couldn't go from my G7 so this looks like a good go between. I cant stand the way the Mamba feels. yeah i meant the mamba, but I said habu for some reason. so many bloody snakes in the razer naming camp hahah! my tech knowledge is slipping, but I have had reenergized gaming and buiolding vigor, so i will hopefully finish my case mods over the christmas break and update my thread. but yeah, I am looking forward to these new peripherals!
  3. Hey, Not sure if this has been posted, being atomic, and me being quite busy would say so... but I cannot hide my excitement! Finally a logitech replacement option for my now very worn G7! http://www.hardwareheaven.com/reviews/1027...troduction.html I was a big fan of the G7, and wanted to go with another logitech, because I have had a great experience with my G7. I was thinking the Razer Habu was my only choice for wireless gaming, or maybe the sidewinder. but just saw this on the horizon. :) Cheo...

    Water cooling GPUs

Hey, I am looking to run a seperate loop to cool my gpu's with some EK full cover blocks that i have got my hands on. The Loop will only be for 2 cards in SLi, and I am hoping to upgrade these to 1/2" barbs. Currently I am looking at these parts, http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_p...oducts_id=13304 fans 2 X 120mm maybe http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_p...oducts_id=13960 but they are bloody expensive, and I am happy to go with some cheaper ones at least in the short term, so I thought maybe these. http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_p...oducts_id=11381 http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_p...oducts_id=12961 ( I am aware that i need to use bigger o-rings on these barbs with swiftech parts, as I found out the hard way! ) Might need some of these to get the pipes in. http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_p...oducts_id=13481 Just want some feedback if anyone has used this radiator and these fans. Cheers. Cheo.

    Water cooling parts have arrived

Looks good mate, I am now toying with the idea of water cooling the GPU's. But I am limited on space again, So I was thinking of this, http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_p...oducts_id=13304 I think it will have enough flow for the 2 gpu's. Have to hang it out the back this time, but I will probably build some sort of a shroud to make it look neat and so that I can duct hot air away. I really need to find some time to update my thread! ANyway your upgrades look sweet. that RAD is a Beast. I like it! Keep up the good work.

    24" Monitor

Might be wise to upgrade to a 27" monitor. I am a bit ot of the loop since my dell 24" has been going fine and I have not needed to think about upgrade, but I think with current prices the 27" should be affordable and will offer a bigger gain in screen real estate whilst ( as far as I am aware ) run at 24" res, so it wont hurt your fps any more than a 24".

    New Soundcard sub $200

Thats the thing I am using logitech z-5500's and senheister basic headphones so my Audio gear is quite good, so I feel onboard may let me donw a little. I might look into some of the azuntech ones I think. how do they go with EAX 5.0?

    New Soundcard sub $200

I have currently an Audigy2 Zs soundcard. It has been having some problems, mostly Atributed to heat I would say, but also I think with windows compatability maybe. Anyway I am sick of it so its time to upgrade. I am looking at the sub $200 mark, but WOuld prefer $150 or less. I am sure there are some great cards for less than $150. I was looking at the Creative X-fi Extreme GAmer, but I am open to suggestions. My needs are Gaming and Music/media. This is not a dedicated HTPC, but i would like a decent card. so far the audigy has served my needs ( when its working 100%) so something along that performace will be fine. I have the option of runnign pci-e (provided it wont slow my GTX's to less that 16X each as they are running in SLi on a 780iFTW motherboard ) or pci. ANy help would be greatly appreciated, or links to some good reviews that you have read. I will research myself as well but have limited time to pour through tones of reviews. Thanks. Cheo..

Thanks to all that night. It was great once again, and this time I met some new people again that i have not met before, as well as some of the regular crew. too bad we got ushered out the door, as I was still having a great time, but it was probably for the best as I had family christmas in Bendigo the following day for a 9am departure! :) looking forward to the pics.
