Yamaha, judging by how you are digging up past events that have well been put to bed in a fruitless effort to support whatever views you have, your still fuming. Sure, people could say whatever they want when video is required. But I’d like you to think how you would feel if I posted up a video of a dead straight wheel the entire run to the line. You seem to be dead set clear on what happened without the other half of the picture. I just expect the person following to take into account tyres, fuel, dirty air, etc and brake accordingly. This is nothing new when following someone and is amplified during a battle for position. If you are alongside then the car width rule applies. Obviously there is a mental aspect to overtaking as well, you seem to have me all figured out so I'll leave it there. You sound like a shmuck lawyer trying to grasp at any straw to find and single out events that you can use to support your argument. The incident with Flukey was an accident, I tapped him and it sent him fairly deep into an area which cuts your engine and I fully expected a penalty for it Like you said, "within reason" I wasn't going to stop my car and wait for him to get back on whilst letting every other car in the train past. I do recall apologising at the time but must of hit the wrong key. I might also add that later on Flukey sent me off in a very similar way but did get a penalty but finished ahead of me anyway. Valencia wasn't the cleanest of races for many people - it proves nothing. Although... That looks awfully familiar? Are you trying to shove Slizzr into the wall? That's also quite a few direction changes there.. But in your video it looks like you are driving straight... http://www.youtube.com/watch?list=TLYlyInk...ilpage&t=74 I could keep digging and find more examples but ffs we all know the netcode is shit and can still do random things that fuck shit up. About the fuel, funny that too, my engineer told me you were OUT of fuel when we exited the final corner. Without 2 videos the only clear thing is your POV, nothing more. I rest my case.

I understand his upset, sure it looks bad but his 3rd, he still got a podium. This is hardly a reason to call for DSQ and his reaction is quite over the top. This wasn't a punt you into the wall lap 1, turn 1 race over incident. (Which never ends in DSQ in real life anyway...) I might add that at Korea this season I was on for a podium until Flukey bumped me off but shit happens.

I knew that would be brought up. Sure it looks similar but I believe that F1 2011 and those moves were pretty suspect when it happens over multiple laps. Without starting another war, Loose was, well, an aggressive driver at the best of times... I've also been on the receiving end of that myself. I've always raced clean and fair. the opening 14 laps pretty much wing to wing with Flukey and we did our best to keep it clean just as I did for the closing laps with you.

ROFL OK..... I'm not even going to get into this BS again. If there is to be these sorts of reviews after races then it must be a requirement for every player to record their races otherwise it is just one word against another. I DON'T record races purely because I the 2 prior times I tried to record, one my FPS went to shit in QF (it has been fine every other time) and the other I lost all FF. I decided it was not worth the risk even though it's probably unrelated. Flouncy: "no doubt about it" ... I didn't move the fkn wheel an inch!! If i did that I would of lost so much speed it would of handed the position away. I absolutely resent that comment. The fact you couldn't even wait for my side of the story is seriously poor form. I watched the last few laps. I stand by my line on the DRS straight on the final lap, his car was never along side me so I was well within my right to move over right for braking. On the start/finish straight I didn't change my line at all on the run down and just before the line I could feel blips of FF in the wheel which generally means another car is practically inside / on top / right next to you. Let me say again, I DID NOT move my wheel in an attempt to block / ram / crash or whatever else you want to come up with. To me I was a mile away from the pit wall on the right hand side, I never started drifting around like that. I was watching in rear view almost the whole time when we got to the pit wall and you was left and I was right. Personally I don't care what happens, IMO I would of still had the position had there not of been contact. That shit would only cause me to lose speed and let you catch up even further. Whilst I was defending from you I was constantly getting bumps in braking and I even said to be more careful. I lost at least 5 seconds when Flukeys bubble put me in the grass, unfortunately SHIT happens and I know that better than anyone here. I'll happily have a 10 second penalty if it will make you happy and let you sleep at night. I still think its BS.

Thanks all! :) Congrats to Schmeval for another title and for our efforts in the constructors. Feels so good to finally get a win. It's been a bit of a frustrating season for me to say the least, but I've ticked off quite a few boxes (multiple poles, race win and constructors title) so I'm very happy. I went into this race in damage limitation, with the goal of 4th in the drivers championship I just wanted to finish in front of ToF. QF went reasonably well and managed to lock out the front row with Schmeval. I was able to jump him at the start and open up a healthy +7sec gap just before my stop, but a small error in T19 reduced that by a couple of seconds. Emerging from the pits just behind Parkour who seemed to be struggling with work rubber I managed the move on the 2nd DRS straight and had clean air to pump in some consistent laps knowing Preyest will soon come out (hopefully) behind me on fresh options. Pryest came out sooner than I expected and the pressure was on, we had some great battles for a few laps and he ended up passing me once but I was able to slip up the inside into T14. I was very busy defending from DRS and modulating the fuel so I could keep in front until the options fell away, which seemed to happen quickly as the gap started to open up and he was almost out of DRS range when Schmeval came out from his stop and was able to put some pressure which let me focus on bringing the car home with no mistakes. Will be gunning for a Force India 1 - 2 before the seasons out!

Pole twice and beating the CM weather system...finally. Got to be happy with that :)

What a shit race, fked by the weather system twice, lost a wing on the 2nd last lap and a penalty for good measure. Good old F1 2012.... I'd like to change my vote in the survey to fixed weather 100% all the way if the next game is as broken as this junk.

Had absolutely no expectations of a good race and QF showed that, near zero prac for this race which hurt me pretty badly and its one of my most hated tracks. Started on fresh options and had a mistake ridden first stint, although some fun battles with Ghost, Nightfire and Flouncy. Pitted lap 15 and managed to jump into 7th place which was good. Exited the pits and had Intense and Sili right on me and with cold tyres couldn't defend against them, also some contact into the turn after the DRS straight but was ok. Intense made a mistake and made that position back then hunted Sili down only to have DRS die with only 4 laps remaining, almost got him without it but thankfully lap 22 I think it came back online and managed to snag 7th back. Was such an awesome battle. Pretty happy with the result after missing last race and good damage limitation, even on a good day I'm still shit at Spa.

Unfortunately I won't be able to make the race tonight. Have to fly out for work and with the public holiday tomorrow there aren't any early flights. Sigh.

Just putting it out there that Flukey asked for his to be removed during the race and no one shot the idea down like they did to me last night. I still don't understand why we are leaving the penalties up to a broken system. We have an FIA, why not use it? I plan to set the record this season of securing pole and going to last by T1, think it should be doable at least 5 more times. Modz: because I couldn't stop the car on the grass and landed back in traffic would be my guess. PS: The penalty pisses me off more than getting hit off at the start. ToF and I are good friends outside of the game, his sorry and I accept that.

Any objections to dynamic weather all the way for FNP?

Flouncy, my net connection is as good or better than everyone else. 100mbit / 2.5mbit. The history of "GOD" is from 2011 and my old connection at an old residence, lets not go there. I am sorry to you, those and Oz who are upset by my comments. I'm certainly not the only person and definitely not the last person to voice frustration on vent. Its easy to say put on a smile and move on when it is not you who has just gone from P1 to P12, then the next week P3 to P10. It seems rare for external factors not to ruin my races. I suppose the old saying "That's racing" obviously applies, much to my displeasure. Also, sure videos are for fun but like real drivers we like to analyze incidents to hopefully prevent them in the future or at least understand what happened. Modz, my short straw box is not only full, its overflowing. I certainly don't go looking for incidents and I am fully aware of bubbles and how to position my car. I'm sure most can attest to this. I've moved on, I'm sure Oz has moved on, lets put it to rest. I've cleaned up my PC and will be recording from China onwards, hopefully Murphy's law will prevail and there will be no incidents whilst I have video.

You are taking Oz's view as the correct one, what is to say mine wasn't correct? Even if I had a video of what happened on my end none of us can say which is absolutely correct. If you take mine as being correct then the move is unfair because he would be driving into a closing gap.

Well from my perspective he was behind. In his video his obviously in front and to say I would not of seen him there or just turned in anyway is ludicrous. Even from that video I don't believe the move was done and dusted. Oz had too much speed in to T2 and if it wasn't for my car slowing him down he would of ran into my line anyway which is still unfair. A similar situation can be found in the video Intense posted. If Eradicator didn't make contact with Intense he would of gone straight off the track at T1. Edit: re-watching again, I wouldn't even say his line was tight Flukey. Paused at 0:13, his struggling to make the corner without running very wide. If his line was tight then he would of hugged the inside curb of T2 for much, much longer.
