Am considering getting one of these as a l337 c0r3 retro gaming machine. What would be the limit for games on something like an eePC or msi Wind? I'm wanting to play games like Half Life, the Thief games, Audiosurf, System Shock 2, Descent 2, etc. And what's the battery life like for intensive applications? Does it wear down faster like an ipod?

I use eeebuntu or ubuntu netbook remix on my 7", it looks nice enough, but I am getting rid of the machine soon as it is useless to me.

I just bought an LG USB powered DVD burner for my 10" and I love it.

I am buying an N10Jc next week I think.

Either that, or just getting rid of my 14" ASUS.
