Better RMA it............

Can't RMA review units. :(

 

Best thing to do is to tell them it's broken and ask for them to get technicians to get to the bottom of the fault. It'll help them identify possible points of failure in their product (even if it's as simple as user error), and you'll get an official answer.

Maybe if I was being paid, I'd bother going through all that effort. I've already spent too much time fiddling with it, and my editor is going off on holiday (everything goes through him). Oh how I'd love to review stuff for money...
