Spotify is currently available Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany,The Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA and United Kingdom. We hope to launch in more countries in the future. You can use Spotify Premium in all countries, however you can only buy premium and sign up in our launch countries.

Spotify launched in Australia just over a month ago. I've used my 30 day free trial, and am continuing to use the premium service now. It's so great. I mainly can't wait to switch away from Vodafone so I can use it reliably away from home.

This. Their FAQ appears to be outdated.

I was aware of launch, I nabbed that from the page he posted. Bad housekeeping perhaps.

Not sure what the go is then because I simply signed up and downloaded the client. Actually, had the client first then signed up after the trial, but either way it still works.

No ads, higher bit-rate (apparently) and yes, mobile streaming support.

Stan Lee is cool. I love his cameos in all the Marvel movies. He was also very entertaining in Mallrats. I'm sure my GF is sick of me pointing at the screen and shouting out his name.

I picked up the last few pieces of our new bathroom.

And now for the fun part...the bathroom renovation!

Good luck twinny. We've just been through it and are glad that part is over. Kitchen now under way and not quite as annoying, but still a bit annoying.

From here because it works out cheaper.

Fingers crossed it turns up before Friday. We are having a work Trivia night after work on Friday, and last year one of the side events was furthest paper areoplane throw. I think i'll have it in the bag if they hold it again.

I hope they do because i have been lobbying pretty hard for it. Even if they disqualify me, i think the crowds reaction will be worth it.

Bought a 3rd gen iPad for this contract I'm working on. Will probably sell it after I'm done with it, if anyone is interested.

Glad to see you took my advice. How much was it?

$498 at DSE. Was hoping to get it at David Jones (have a $50 gift card), but they don't stock it.

I might write up my impressions later on. So far I prefer Android OS (this shitty keyboard is driving me insane!), but it's still early days yet!

The keyboard does remain infuriating (altho' you'll come to tolerate most of its quirks, just like you presumably have with Android's less charming behaviours), altho' I think iOS wins out in other areas.

True, but it's a lot easier to replace the annoying bits in Android.

Wow really? I can type on my iPad keyboard nearly as well as a physical keyboard! I guess it's come with practise. I found that when it's slightly angled with the Smart Cover I typed better on it, the angle made it feel more natural than typing onto a flat level surface.

That's assuming you have somewhere to sit it. I much prefer Swiftkey on Android. The prediction and learning engine on it is phenomenal, it practically writes everything for you.
