And also where is Mac dude?

He would make the perfect team mate for Hulk....

I hope he drives better than he roots...

Oh...wait...

I just went in to Harvey Normans and no game :( Grrr

Advertising it $49 too.

Any online stores you guys recommend to buy it from? I don't normally buy games on Line. Normally from Harvey.

Time to start using Steam Hulks. And I don't wanna hear any of that old man "it's not the same without a box" talk.

Ok. Bought the game off Steam last night. I will endeavour to score a headset in the next few days .

I'm having a week off after Easter so I'll sneak in a little practice I think.

So, do we follow the season or are tracks random?

Sorry, just in on this late, not sure how you guys run it.

So I guess what I'm asking is what track should I practice on first?

@ hulks, we follow the 2010 season in all the seasons so far so Bahrain first.

As sora said, we follow the 2010 calander.

Bahrain and Sepang will be the first two rounds.

Other rules we would follow are:

Equal car peformance

Tire wear

Fuel load simulation

Manual gearbox

No TC

No ABS

No Racing Line

You know this isn't need for speed hot pursuit....

We originally allowed auto for the keyboard players, but I wasn't aware that anyone was still using auto???

It's not a big hassle to allow it, but your seriously going to be slowed down. The automatic gearbox is seriously slow at downshifting.

I know its slower.. My breaking points seem so much further back then anyone else. And I have zero experience with manual. Is it a major problem?

Nope. But as your team mate, I'm expecting podiums from you.

Add to that Lambo that manual gearbox is easier to stop a car as the engine will force it to slow down. Heck, that's probably why I downshift so fast coming into a corner. :P

I spent the night at Bahrain. Dry track, Williams car.

I thought I was going well so I checked the times you guys were doing. 1:52 laps.

My best 1:59:09

Like I said, I need a LOT of practice :(

Best to use your own times as a benchmark. I find that many/most/all tracks will give a different time when in race 'all cars equal' mode. Sometimes it can be 5 secs or a more a lap which confuses things.

Besides if you're only 7 secs off on day 1 that's pretty bloody good anyway.

Yeah, your doing great.. No need to practice more hulks.. Also the tyres grip awesome in the wet.. No need to practice that either.

Trust me :D
