Time flies... June 8 snuck up on me without warning. I wonder how many ISPs got a barrage of users with broken IPv6 configurations complaining about poor connectivity with their favourite sites that are now dual-stack.

 

Pity about this place though:

I doubt atomic would change anything in a hurry.

I thought I saw someone post a while back that Atomic is hosted in some sort of cloud environment. I would expect that's probably an order of magnitude more difficult to migrate to IPv6, trying to synchronise all the distributed nodes together.

 

That's just my two-bob's worth, though, I haven't done any significant work with IPv6 so I don't have much of an idea exactly how much work would be involved.
