Asrock ftw, just on looks alone! And that's pretty much the only difference. The Asus has two more SATA2 ports, that was about the only feature that jumped out at me. If you want to spend slightly more, there's the Extreme4 which has two more SATA3 ports, and comes with a USB3 bay adapter which is nice. But that's about all else it offers. Oh, maybe firewire?

Firewire? Bluetooth maybe :) The ASUS board has Bluetooth. And yeah, the ASRock ftw :D

Ah, I did notice that. I'm really disappointed by bluetooth, it has such potential, but few devices make use of it. I know that I wouldn't benefit whatsoever from having a bluetooth enabled mobo. And can't you get a little bluetooth USB tab thing for like $10 anyway?
