"How do you reheat your leftover pizza?"

Remove from fridge - Add extra chilli flakes - Eat cold, yet hot :)

9/10 goes in the microwave. Usually don't care about crispness or anything when it's just me eating. Seems more energy-conscious to use the microwave for a minute or so than to chuck the oven on for ~20 mins.

Though I have been known to microwave those frozen oven pizzas for seven minutes and eat that. Squishy as fuck, but it's delish.

Have to try that - Common one I do is chuck the frozen one under the grill until the cheese starts to brown - Usually the base is soggy enough I can then roll it up into a pizza buritto

Thinking back - Most these gross habits stopped after I gave up WoW :P

Pizza gets reheated in the oven...if there's any left.

I pretty much only use our microwave for papadums.

I prefer my papadums in oil.

I don't reheat pizza, just eat it cold the next day.

For frozen pizzas see below.

yeah umm i never reheat my leftover pizza..straight from the fridge for me, though everything else i pretty much do in a nuker, but then i can reheat pizza's, frozen pies etc in mine and they come out crispy.. and no, its not a convection oven.. just an 1100 watt microwave.

Has anyone tried frying it?

Just extrapolating from TinBane's toasted sandwich idea.

*EDIT* Oh. Two people have already said they do. And it seems to work. Might try that myself.

That extra few hundred watts really does make a diif Dready, noticed it with our not so much new one as came back home from a loan :)

I just can't imagine fried pizza, but then again I don't eat it often, calzone... now you're talking :)

Cheers

If it's been left out over night, bin it.

Cold from the frig. At least that way you can pretend you're not cooking any remaining nutrients out of it ... if it had any to begin with.

no no not icky!

you just need to use a microwave within its limitations. the right amount will raise the internal temperature just enough that a convection oven or grill can finish the job without excessive drying/charring.

but having read Malkieri's post, i think skillet + foil probably beats mic + oven.

Saturday night just gone, a mate's birthday drinks, some thoughtful bugger brought a few pizzas from his workplace (pizza hut) and stacked them in the fridge.

At abut 1:30am we were all quite hammered and got stuck in, cold pizza washed down with JD and coke, was glorious!

Looks like poll is fail as far as method of 'cooking' prior to eating leftover pizza; we really need more options and multi-select:

- Microwave

- Oven

- Grill

- Frypan

- Cold (out of fridge)

- Room temperature (left out overnight)

...and judging by the responses in text, I think Cold is probably the winner!
