Had a look online - and over some PCI reference material - I was wondering what the total amperage from 3.3 and 5v that PCI can deliver is?

Couldn't find the answer.

PCI 2.2 can draw a maximum of 25W. That's 5A at 5V, and 7.6A at 3.3V. I'm fairly sure you have to ground the PRSNT1 pin to signal that you're going to draw up to 25W. As the pin name suggests, it determines what type of card is present.
