ZR2740w monitor power

Recommended Posts

I just got an HP ZR2740w. And I just want to make sure of something before I connect the power cord: I bought it from USA who have a different voltage to us. It says "Input voltage: 100 to 240 VAC" so does this mean it will automatically detect the voltage and it will be all good and I don't need to buy a voltage converter?

If you see that on pretty much any appliance it'll mean that voltage is auto-detected.

Pretty sure you'll find that the manually switchable stuff will be denoted as "Input 110v/240v" rather than "Input range...." or "Input 110v - 240v"
