Anti-virus or Complete protection

Recommended Posts

Hey all, trying to decide on a antivirus protection. Ive used webroot for the last year, really liked it since it was so light weight and is always up to date with cloud and nothing to download. I want the best without breaking the bank and have 3 computers.

Suggestions? Im just out of the loop, look it up once a year but would like some personal preferences as all the review I read seem bias!

PS - No McAfee or Norton = hated them, maybe its just me :/

Ty Ty!!!

Beware of those who push protection to mobile devices ,they will lock down all your PC system files with heaps of false positives.

Maybe try Malwarebytes and get it registered and then use FF with -noscript.

Trend Micro gets my vote. I switch from ESET to Trend this year. I'm very happy with it, low on resources and it doesn't rear it's ugly head unless it has to.

I went with Webroot again but their best version this time. They had a sale for 5 computers for only $20 for one year couldn't pass that up. Thx all for feedback.

Strange is that no AV company has supported gaming in their designs ,its now all mobile or nothing.
